We recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. It feels like a peaceful getaway, despite being on the outskirts of North London. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services available. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good selection of English and continental options. we were impressed with the quality of service and the ambiance of this place.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff were excellent, always greeting us with a smile and providing exceptional customer service.

This place is absolutely stunning, surrounded by parkland and exquisite gardens. It's like being in the countryside, yet still offers easy access to central London. The staff here are exceptional and always make us feel welcome. They are friendly, accommodating, and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The dining experience is top-notch, with delicious meals and a cozy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the sauna and sun terrace. the service and facilities here are of a high standard and we can't wait to return.

Back in the seventies, my family and I would often go to this hotel for Sunday lunch when we lived in the area. It was a great location to enjoy a delicious meal and spend quality time together. Nowadays, I've discovered that this hidden gem offers more than just dining. The rooms are tastefully decorated and provide a warm and clean atmosphere. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service, making you feel truly valued. the breakfast options are varied and tasty.

It's a shame that some aspects of the meal service fell short of expectations for one guest.

Located very close to Cockfosters tube station, West Lodge Park is easily accessible and offers ample parking for guests. Situated in a large park in a superb location in north London, the hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding nature. Guests can dine at the Mary Beales restaurant, where they can enjoy delicious food in a charming setting. The rooms are comfortable and useable, providing a pleasant stay for guests. The grounds are well-maintained, making it a perfect spot for summer weddings.

One negative aspect is that the service can be slow at times, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The hotel is set in a lovely park with beautiful grounds and two national collections of plants/trees. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to Trent Park where we needed to be, as well as local Hertfordshire villages. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and it was larger than we expected, with a pretty view of the countryside. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-stocked hospitality tray and a bathtub in addition to a shower. Breakfast was delicious, and the WiFi worked well, especially downstairs in the hotel.

The beautiful gardens and fine views added to the festive atmosphere. Ample parking and a lovely outdoor terrace were great bonuses. The hotel's location made it easy to find and convenient to visit nearby attractions. The luxurious and spacious rooms were a delight, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The experience was marred by some negatives. The internal decoration of the hotel left much to be desired, with the rooms in need of some attention.
